The way they do this is by launching new products and shifting their focus from hardware to software. This way, people who are interested in technology will be more interested in the products. Overall Samsung and Apple are tied, but Samsung leads in terms of leadership, customer satisfaction, profit and growth. This information provides my argument with the strengths and weaknesses of the two companies that differ from each other, and by stating Samsung's best features, it presents a better image than Apple. Using his stats and comments about Samsung will add to my list of reasoning as to why Samsung is an overall better tech company than Apple and my audience will be more interested in their products overall. Adding Samsung's future plans to become greener will engage the public and be more attracted to the company, thus giving Samsung a better perspective on the future.
