Topic > Outsourcing Outsourcing - 800

Outsourcing has a solution, and the President and lawmakers can help solve this problem. To compete with foreign countries, the U.S. government must create more jobs here in America so the American people can rebuild the economy and protect the environment. The government should ban companies from outsourcing jobs to foreign countries and protect American jobs by creating programs that help us create new jobs. This should include job training opportunities, financial compensation such as tax breaks for job creation, health and salary benefits. The U.S. government needs to provide companies with financial incentives to keep jobs here, such as tax incentives. It must be a win for the economy. Otherwise companies will continue to take jobs abroad. In the late 1990s, high-tech jobs did wonders for the economy, helping to reduce the unemployment rate to its lowest level in decades. Nowadays, most high-tech jobs have been outsourced to foreign countries, leaving many job-seeking Americans looking for work or waiting for unemployment. The first advantage is the economy. The outsourcing of US jobs to foreign countries has spurred investment for some foreign countries. Some have built economies based on outsourcing. President Obama has proposed several tax measures aimed at encouraging American companies to bring jobs home. He outlined a vision to strengthen the U.S. economy by focusing on fiscal inequality and supporting its economic leadership (Garcia, 2012). Furthermore, in 2004, Senator Kerry attempted to reverse the outsourcing of jobs to the United States by proposing a bill that would give tax incentives to American companies to keep jobs in the United States by closing tax loopholes that require ...half a card. .....highest tax rate in the world. This needs to be changed. They need to lower rates for companies that choose to stay and hire here in America. Conclusion Outsourcing jobs in the United States can be solved. The President and lawmakers of this country will have to work together as a team to stop companies from sending jobs overseas. They must promote jobs and repair the terrible damage the recession has caused to make America more competitive with other countries. The unemployment rate has fallen, but we have a long way to go if the government doesn't ban U.S. companies from outsourcing jobs overseas. As middle-class Americans, we must make our voices heard. We need to convince our politicians that outsourcing has hurt the economy and they need to create incentive packages for US companies to bring our jobs back to America.
