Topic > My Opinion on What Makes a Leader - 805

Leadership Leadership is a role that a person will step up and take on. On the other hand, not everyone can have leadership. To have leadership, you must act in certain ways to acquire the goal of leadership. Leadership is much more than simply guiding people to achieve certain goals. It's how you approach the person you're trying to lead. Furthermore, many people today don't think that having leadership is important, or they think that having leadership simply means guiding people. Well, they're wrong. Leadership is much more than being a leader. You can't just decide one day that you want to have leadership. You have to give yourself time to have leadership. Leadership doesn't come in the blink of an eye. It takes time to achieve leadership. A person with leadership is someone you can joke with, someone always willing to help you, and someone who is positive. As a result, people with leadership will set many goals to achieve. If you are lazy and want to gain leadership you need to step up your game because no one likes lazy people. Suppose a person wants to have leadership in their student council. Well, a person is not a leader if no one wants to listen to him. If the teacher asks you to do something in the student council you must do as you are asked and not be lazy. Otherwise, the teacher will not want you to be a leader who has leadership. To have leadership you have to influence a group of people. Be the person anyone can look for. A leader with leadership doesn't do stupid things that he or she will regret many times in life. Of course, the person will make mistakes, but if he continues to make mistakes he is no longer considered a leader. If you have leadership you are... middle of paper... untempered, rude and unhelpful is a teacher without leadership. The teacher without leadership needs to step up and be a better role model. A person with leadership is not just a person who is good at telling people what to do. A person with leadership is someone who most people really enjoy being around. As a result, anyone can be a leader. A child can lead a school project without any problems. But just because you're a leader doesn't mean you have leadership. Leadership is a characteristic that a person can have and can be achieved through trust, respect of others and maximum effort, and in many other ways. A leader can be rude, disrespectful and competitive and that leader has no leadership. Step up and take on the leadership role. It will make a difference in yourself and others around you.
