The procedures could be very numerous due to different international laws. Additionally, depending on my responsibilities, I may be responsible for hiring in these foreign markets. I would have a possible language barrier to deal with in addition to finding the best candidate for the job. I would be very enthusiastic if I had to deal with all these aspects of the foreign market in my work.
