But high and mighty people don't listen to people. One type of person that I think the judge should never lock up is the mentally retarded, why they don't do what they do and why they do it. I think it's just wrong and a cruel move for a judge to do something like that. Some people with mental retardation do what others say and don't do what they do, it's always a different story when it comes to a person with mental retardation. Life today is not what you think it is, but what you do, people have just learned how to work it and how to play it. But I know one thing: If you gave a death penalty to adults, you would have to give the same thing to a teenager, because they have the good sense to know, because young people don't want to say they don't know what they're doing. But obviously no one wants a child to be sentenced to death, I wouldn't do it either. I think if you were to get the death penalty then you might as well give them life in prison instead of that.
