Mock Action Plan Over the past five years, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has issued increasingly hefty fines and imposed stricter rules for the work eligibility for employers. To protect our industry from such fines and position ourselves to comply with the law, the Widget Trade Association has created a series of implementations to eliminate noncompliance over the next five years. The Widget Trade Association hopes to achieve this through the adoption of online technology, training seminars, expertise and a hierarchical chain of command. Since the objectives of this process are set by the state, the most appropriate form of implementation would be through a top-down process. This is the ideal way to implement this policy taking into account the different stakeholders and their respective interests. There are three main stakeholders in this process. First and foremost, it is the employees who are audited. Assuming they are in the country legally and authorized to work, their only incentive in this process is to keep their jobs. Since they are at the base of the entire hierarchical process, their interests are very linear and direct. There is no variation on how this process needs to be completed at their level and therefore the flexibility of a bottom up process is unnecessary and can lead to disarray. The second group is made up of the employers of each of the companies under our jurisdiction. It is in employers' interests to maximize profits and therefore comply with all government policies to avoid fines. Employers bear the brunt of this. The final stakeholder is us, the sales organization. It is in our interest to expand the… center of the paper… monitor the progress of this effort. The company will publish an additional segment to the current annual report that will track the industry's progress regarding immigration policy compliance. We hope that this transparency, combined with annual external audits, will allow the widget trade association to remain under scrutiny along with its member companies. The Widget Trade Organization firmly believes that this implementation plan is complete. The top-down implementation process will help you follow strict rules. This plan also ensures the adoption of the correct training processes and the transfer of information through an adequate flow of experts. Ultimately, parties/employees and entities will be monitored in a system of checks and balances, while progressing towards the ultimate goal of being in full ICE compliance.
