Topic > Mental Exercises to Deal with Anger Problems - 721

If you are tired and have nothing to do, you can give your brain some exercise or control your anger problems. Well, fear not, because I am here to help you and let you know the different ways you can exercise without the physical part, but the mental one. Now you might be thinking “Well, let's get to the point already! “. So I won't worry and will take a pencil and paper for the important details. For starters, anger problems are something everyone has, one is worse than another. So for those who have solved their anger issues and for those who would just like to know what anger does to you. Let's say you or a friend suddenly has a temper tantrum (hopefully that doesn't happen), well now how do you stop it…. My opinion is to let the person vent, but that may not always be the best solution. Now there are many things that could drive you or someone else crazy. Being insulted makes you crazy, or being excluded because you're different might drive you crazy. If I were to list the things that drive us crazy, it would take forever, from not getting what you want, to losing a game of cards because your friend cheated, as you say. The point is that it is not good for your health; it causes common diseases, high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, cancer and gastrointestinal problems or in other words you develop gas. You would be like a bear whose cave has been stolen by another bear. So medically it's not good at all to get angry all the time or hold it in all the time. A fundamental human emotion is anger; it is a physical and mental response to a threat or harm done in the past. This emotion can be taken in different forms, from irritation to blinding anger, etc. And if your friend's friend has these problems, you could help him by calming him... middle of paper... amins, water and kiwicha or quinoa. Do safe things like use safety equipment, don't smoke, avoid heat stroke, DO NOT TAKE MEDICATIONS, don't hurt yourself repeatedly, and ensure home safety. Reduce stress by staying in touch with your feelings, doing relaxation exercises, having fun, thinking positively, smiling and laughing, and getting enough sleep. Stimulate your senses by sculpting, getting a massage, eating new food, cooking something, or knitting. Finally, socialize online or in person. My opinion on it is that it literally does what it does; all this relaxes you and your brain. So, to conclude, you not only have to be physically healthy, but also mentally, there has to be a balance. Anger is totally controllable, remember that. Altruism, one good deed at a time. Have a sound mind, you know what to do. Simple changes can and will make your life better.
