In the morning I engaged in the activity around 7 am. At night I practiced anywhere from 6pm to 10pm. Each session lasted ten minutes. When I was in my bedroom, I tried it both sitting and lying in bed, and sitting on the floor. In my living room I did this both sitting on the floor and sitting in a chair. As for my dining room, I just sat in the chair at the table. I tried rolling it out a couple of times just to be different. To see if it made a difference in concentration. The norm is to see someone sitting crosswise with their hands on their knees. But I dared to be different. Living in the city there are many distractions. Living in the city is different from living in the countryside. Some of my distractions were my cell phone, cars going by when my window was open, my roommate, the television, and the dehumidifier. When I started this business I couldn't focus on what I was supposed to do because of another major distraction. My thoughts were just going a hundred miles an hour. Thinking about what homework I had to do, when I had to work, and what was going to happen in the next couple of weeks. Some of these distractions were difficult to eliminate
