This is a strong inductive argument, where if the premises are true, then the conclusion is probably true. However, the premises are absolutely not true. Even though different cultures do different things, they still have some common beliefs, which they believe in as human beings. For example, rape is unacceptable in most of the world. Every person is the same as another and should not be attacked or disrespected for any reason. Furthermore, when considering human rights, some countries may practice them better than others. Some countries are communist or others have a dictatorship, where human rights are still abandoned, while the global trend is that human rights should be strengthened. On the contrary, this theory is good because it sees different cultures at the same level, so there is no judge between them. No one should underestimate the culture of others.
