The leader work style feels motivated by pride and satisfaction with the organization's tasks, while the motivated relationship style attempts to establish relationships and extend additional support for computer development in the organization. There is no right or wrong leadership style. Each person has their own preferences for leadership. Motivation for Group executives is at its highest when the group successfully achieves a new sales record or surpasses the main competitor. Relationship-oriented leaders are at their best when achieving greater customer satisfaction and establishing a positive image of the company. The Hersey-Blanchard Leadership Model The Hersey-Blanchard Leadership Model also has a situational view of leadership. This model postulates that the developmental levels of a leader's subordinates play the most important role in determining the most appropriate leadership styles (leader behaviors). His theory is based on the amount of direction (on-task behavior) and social-emotional support (relational behavior) a leader must provide given the situation and has the "maturity" of followers. On-task behavior is the extent to which the leader is devoted to detailing the roles and responsibilities of a person or group. This behavior includes telling people what to do, how to do it, when to do it, where to do it, and what to do. Responsible behavior in the business is dedicated to one-way communication. Relational behavior is the extent to which the leader engages in two-way or multi-way communication. This includes listening, facilitation and support behaviors.
