It is essential that students feel comfortable in the classroom and comfortable with each other and that the teacher can concentrate on learning. Furthermore, as highlighted by Ferlazzo and Sypnieski, in 2012 Internet access, computer labs, document cameras, computer projectors, computer labs are tools that have a positive impact on language learning. They can be used to reinforce learning and as a strategic vehicle to improve student engagement. However, Ferlazzo and Sypnieski also clarified that substantial learning can occur without the use of technology. Building knowledge through participation, experience and experimentation, also known as the hands-on approach, works very well with language learning (Ferlazzo and Sypnieski, 2012). All teachers at WSU College aimed to support students in building their knowledge through participation in games and activities.
