I selected this organization because it has a strengthened organization, which has good foundations. Maintains facial credit, increasing visibility and promotes community service, including global awareness. The organization also supports research and scholarships. SOHS will help me succeed because they are educating stakeholders on using technology, advocacy, and activism. Continuing education required in the human services field is that Human Services-Board Certified Professionals (HS-BCP) must complete established recertification requirements, every five years, in order to maintain credentials. HS-BCPs must complete 60 hours of relevant continuing education during each five-year certification cycle. Continuous training is important because it relates to the code of ethics. I think the word professionalism is how you act in a professional context. It could also mean the way you behave at work. For a person to be professional, I think he must have good professional skills. For human service professionalism is an individual who is driven to succeed in helping people and organizations function at an optimal level. The human services professional must possess a set of knowledge and skills that help him or her understand people, both as individuals and internally.
