Information systems are a vital necessity for healthcare institutions in the United States and other nations with the threatening need to keep pace with technology, research and science in the 21st century. Century. Most healthcare institutions in Africa still depend on physical documentation, written by hand and then stored in locked binders in storage facilities. As Africa's population grows, collecting information on patients' health records is expensive, difficult to maintain and unethical. Therefore, in this scenario, I will direct my research to developing countries in Africa in general, which are trying to improve the ideal management information system. The goal is to focus efforts to improve public health through better supervision through health information, such as the ability to collect, store and analyze accurate health data, competence in the transfer of services, improve the accuracy of data, the value of engagement, increase accountability and learn about trends. The objective of this information system is to record information on health events and verify the quality of services in the different phases of healthcare. The data collected will also help inform upcoming health policy decisions. My goal is to provide an alternative, cost-effective information systems (IS) solution to six African nations requiring better healthcare and better documentation of patient information. In turn, this will help doctors treat patients with perfect precision. The countries that will require my expertise are located in Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe. My goal is to unite these six nations with one comprehensive nation (IS) that will be funded by both supporters and sponsors. These funded groups will run all aspects of the service without the support of these nations' ruling parties. The purpose of this is to drive officials away, due to chaos, government manipulation, radicals and civil wars. Information systems implemented for the Africa project. For the Africa project I included three types of information systems, the first one (IS) I implemented (see Figure A), the most important thing for a well-balanced system is the Clinical Information System (CIS) shown in (Figure A, IS1 ). This type of (IS) is a computer-based system designed to store, collect, make available clinical information, provide information more quickly and efficiently (Biohealthmatics.com, 2010). Systems such as (CIS) can provide all records, such as the patient's past illness history and interactions with doctors and healthcare professionals. As a result, this information is useful in assisting physicians in deciding the patient's current condition, treatment alternatives, wellness initiatives, and actions taking other meaningful information that can lead to improving the patient's overall health (Biohealthmatics)..
