Physical bullying can affect anyone, regardless of age or gender. Physical bullying might occur when someone is hit every day at school, when someone is pushed to the ground on the playground, or in more serious cases such as child abuse or abuse of a significant other. All types of bullying are serious and are often difficult to get rid of. If someone is being bullied at school, a good way to stop the bullying is to report the bullying to a trusted adult. Another way to stop bullying is to try to avoid the bully. If someone is being abused in your home, whether it's a child or an adult, the best thing to do is tell someone. It may be more difficult for a child who is being abused at home to escape it. If they can tell an adult they trust, that adult can provide him with the help he may need. For an adult who is being abused by his or her significant other, the best solution would be to try to exit the relationship as calmly as possible.
