Apple has been a clear dominator of the tech world since its founding on April 1, 1976 by Steve Jobs. Steve Jobs had a way of manipulating supply and demand, making supply low and demand high. This theory worked, even though in the past some Apple was seen as a very successful company that treated everyone with respect. However, Apple's future is now in question, as people realize that Apple may not treat its employees well and the company has struggled with expansion and customer satisfaction. Since the birth of Apple, the impression was that it was the company working in It was the dream job. This perception is still true today, but do people really know what it's like to work behind the scenes? The people you see when you walk into the Apple Store are held to different standards than the workers who actually make our beloved iPhones, iPads, and iPods. When an Apple Retail employee was asked about his experience at Apple, he noted: “It's been an amazing journey. I wouldn't trade it for any other retail job. I've had an overall positive experience so far, but I'm left wanting more. I learned some valuable skills and met incredible people (both customers and colleagues)” (Jobs at Apple). Another employee added: “While working for Apple I met the people who made the greatest impact on my life and I made many friends over time. Apple provides its employees with many life skills that can be used anywhere. One of the training courses I attended was on par with a Masters level communications course. From dealing with escalated issues, to facilitating group training, and everything in between, Apple provided skills that I continue to use on a daily basis” (Jobs at Apple). But what if a fact... was on paper... and didn't give credit to those who deserve it. “We have always been shameless about stealing great ideas,” Steve Jobs observed. Apple has always dominated the technological world, but in recent years it has been collapsing. To get back to the top, Apple must create a product so revolutionary that it will amaze even its competitors. Apple seemed to be an “undisputed king”, but after the death of Steve Jobs, Apple seemed to come in second after its competitors. Another issue that Apple needs to pay more attention to the treatment of its employees in its factories around the world because these laws not only violate local laws, but also national laws and could cause a lot of problems for the company as Apple gets bigger and they experience problems with treating employees, maintaining expectations, and achieving success on the seas.
