Taylor's business management philosophy is based on the fundamental belief that the administration, businessmen in Taylor's time, were mentally better than the ordinary representative, as well as had a constructive obligation to administer them and fix their exercises of work. Scientific management included a framework for directing representatives, improving work techniques, and giving motivating forces to workers through the piece rate framework.
