Convenience, reliability and efficiency are factors that influence the customer's choice of financial services provider. Likewise, the same factors influence a continuing student's decision to enroll in a particular program at a specific college. Therefore, online learning platforms are custom designed to provide students with convenience and learning flexibility by allowing students to follow lessons while carrying out their daily activities (Valerie, 2013). Therefore, a student only needs a laptop with an Internet connection to access the college website and retrieve course materials, including notes from the day's lectures. Online learning platforms have relied heavily on the global reach of the Internet increasing access to education around the world. Online learning is not limited geographically, but rather a college can serve students from all parts of the world via online platforms. A recent development in online learning is the development of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs). MOOCs include online courses aimed at unlimited participation and interaction between students and teachers via the web. MOOCs originated in 2007 and gained wider application in 2012 as an advancement of previous online learning practices. The main purpose of MOOCs is to provide an interactive forum for students and teachers
