Yet citizens don't know this because of their ignorance of how policies work, or of the current climate of both Congress and foreign affairs. Voters simply don't vote like they used to. Because they believe that a single vote of a nation does not matter, which is quite difficult to disprove since it is correct, yet too many citizens of the United States share this thought.
