(ACOM), a member of ECOM (Ecom Agroindustrial Corp Ltd.), was founded in 2002 and focuses on the production and sale of coffee, cotton and cocoa. It is one of the largest coffee exporters in Vietnam. ACOM always ensures to offer quality and customized Vietnamese coffee to customers all over the world. Function The company has cooperated with many large coffee exporters in Vietnam as business partners to export Vietnamese coffee to consumed countries. The common function of the company is to control all payment requests related to legal invoices, control expenses with a limited interval. They prepare payment and receipt vouchers. Company members compile financial information together and support the preparation of reports. Achievements of the Ecom and Acom organization in general and in particular, it is one of the 3 coffee merchandising companies and among the top 5 cotton and cocoa traders. Thanks to the well-organized and operational strategy, ECOM's turnover exceeded $4 billion in 2011. In the same year, it processed approximately 11 million bags of coffee, 2 million bales of cotton and 250,000 tons of cocoa. in general, my job is to learn how to control and manage international shipments... middle of paper... it's different from reality. These are experiences between theory and reality. However, all my studies are somehow related to my job position. I can read documents based on the economic terms I learned in class. Also, since I sometimes have to send emails to foreign business partners, the ability to write business letters in class helps me a lot. • My academic knowledge is sufficient for the internship. Thanks to what the teachers have taught me and what I have learned, I am not too self-conscious about the jobs. However, there is some knowledge that I need to improve myself over time. I need to be more flexible in calculating and checking purchase invoices. Sometimes I control them based on a certain formula without fully understanding them. Therefore, learning more about these types of invoices and how they work can help me in the future.
