Police can be forced, however, it's not like they go out and detain people or try to hurt and kill them for fun. However, they will come into a home ready-made, and that is just the smart way to do things. My mother works in tuberculosis cancer treatment, so she wears a mask and gets tested for tuberculosis. Yet she is in a tube and doesn't even touch her, this is because the hospital knows how serious it can be. Why is it viewed so negatively, when the police use the same idea? Yes, obviously they are not testing for TB, however the same idea applies. This idea is: mitigate everything you can, hope for the best, and be ready to let it all pass
