It comes from the book A Return to Love: Reflections on the Principles of "A Course in Miracles" by Marianne Williamson. Now, thank you to hard work, I have overcome adversity and have almost reached the point in my life where I am satisfied with myself. I started playing basketball in second grade and immediately took a liking to the game. I played competitively on the team PAL (Police Athletic League) of my hometown until seventh grade. Then I got old enough to play on my school's junior high team. During this year and the following year, when I was in eighth grade, I lost the passion and drive I had in precedence for the game of basketball.
