Section 1:1. Every person in Lamars enjoys the guarantees granted by this Constitution, which cannot be limited or suspended, except in accordance with the fundamental principles of justice. Section 2: Fundamental Freedoms1. Every person is free to embrace the religion of his choice and to practice all ceremonies, devotions or observances of his faith, as long as they do not constitute a crime.2. No person may be forced to perform personal services, whether paid or unpaid, without his or her full consent. Compulsory military service in peacetime and all forms of slavery will be prohibited.3. The expression of ideas will not be subject to any judicial or administrative investigation, unless such expression violates the rights of another person or group.4. The freedom to write and publish writings on any topic is inviolable. No law or government shall establish censorship, require bonds from authors or printers, or abridge the freedom of the press, except when necessary to preserve the public peace and the rights of others.5. Everyone has the inalienable right to peaceably assemble or associate for any lawful purpose. No meeting or assembly, which has as its object the presentation of a petition to any authority, or the presentation of a protest against any act, can be considered illicit, except: i) if acts of violence are resorted to; or ii) if threats and intimidation are used.6. A person cannot be arrested or detained simply for being in the vicinity of a non-peaceful assembly. Section 2: Language and Equality Rights1. Every person shall be equal before and under the laws of Lamars and shall have the same benefits of the law without discrimination based on race, nationality, ... middle of paper ... in the constitution or laws thereunder by any individual or instrumentality of the State to exception of the judiciary.3.
