Since the beginning of time when humanity first inhabited Earth, humanity has made a long leap forward in technology. It is thanks to humanity's ongoing quest for knowledge and to make the world an easier place to live in, that humans have been able to invent and discover new things. From this continuous search for knowledge, a group of people invented the Internet, a fundamental tool for information and entertainment in today's society. The Internet helps human beings a lot by becoming a very common and powerful tool that helps bring the world closer together. The Internet provides some of the most effective means of communication. The Internet is beginning to be used en masse by children and adolescents. This makes the positive and negative effects of the Internet on children and adolescents very important because their brains are not sufficiently developed. Although the Internet provides many negative effects as well as positive effects, from unlimited resources of information, to faster communication, to connections of friendship and love; the benefits of the Internet outweigh the negative effects of the Internet and ultimately make children smarter and more socialized. The Internet provides a huge amount of different varieties of information, which can help children because they can learn a myriad of ideas and facts; thus making them smarter and more sociable with more topics to discuss. Children are at the stage of life where they are very curious and where they should be learning new information. The Internet certainly makes this possible for children without the participation of teachers. The Internet helps most children satisfy their curiosity by allowing them to research anything......characterized by elements such as anonymity, status neutralization and decreased social anxiety. When people don't they can be seen or identified, sometimes they are more willing to open up and share true feelings. When there is a personal, face-to-face relationship and possibly unequal status, people have something to lose by sharing their feelings. In personal relationships, there is a level of vulnerability. The person receiving the information is more likely to make a judgment, and the person providing the information is more likely to get hurt. Communicating via the Internet removes this level of vulnerability while still allowing people to express themselves. (Rider ed.) While the Internet allows children to communicate more easily thanks to social networks and other forms of communication, educational services allow children to grow in knowledge and become more sociable.
