Not to mention that there is no emphasis placed on the importance of a college degree, which has been replaced with the importance of performing well on tests. How can we expect our students to want to succeed when we don't encourage them to be better? When do we treat them as numbers? We should help our students understand why their education and dream of graduating are so important.
